I have been working with TW Gaze for around 5 months now and today we agreed on a sale. This wouldn’t have happened without a lot of hard work and perseverance throughout this difficult time in the current market. All of this has been down to Holly. All I can say is WOW. What an amazing young woman. Not only has she been incredibly informative and consistently kept me up to date with weekly communication, she’s also shown me kindness and patience and has been a positive shining light in what’s felt like a tough few months. She’s completely tailored my experience to me and understood my needs. She’s never treated me like just another customer, she’s always made me feel important, heard and has been so understanding throughout this whole process. Holly is someone who you can put your complete trust in and she will deliver. I feel so grateful that I was able to have someone like her on board with the sale of my property and I will genuinely miss speaking with her. Tw gaze were amazing with our house sale, inparticular Kyrena was efficient and professional from start to finish going above and beyond in her duties, she really did make the house sale happen and followed it through, updating me all the time, any estate agents would be very lucky to have her as a member of staff. All the staff - Sophie, Richard, Holly, Kyrena and Carol - are without exception top rate at their jobs. Communication is regular, efficient, professional and friendly. The photos and brochure produced by Sophie was top notch and as a result our house sold very quickly. Can't recommend them highly enough.
